Mexico City, June 4, 2018 .– Trabajo En Digital, the online work compatibility platform exclusively for the digital, technological and creative industry, presented its new model of job exchange in recent days. The current labor market is going through a moment of major crisis in the history of our country. According to the INEGI National Employment Survey 2018, slightly more than half of the population in our country is economically active, and of that percentage, only approximately 21.6% are freelancers1.

The algorithm of Trabajo En Digital works based on a contraposition of factors such as years of experience, last grade school, skills, aptitudes, economic pretensions, location and availability to travel or relocate, among others.
The professional, on the one hand, elaborates his profile according to these factors, while the company, on the other hand, requests in his vacancy the priorities that the candidate must have for the position he is offering. In this way, both receive a percentage of compatibility in each vacancy.
One of the most important advantages of the platform is that it only notifies the professional about the vacancies with the highest percentage of compatibility. He himself can establish from what percentage vacancies are notified, so that he can apply to the most compatible.
As for the company that applies, the platform offers a graphical and intuitive administration panel that allows you to see applicants more quickly, and in the same way as the professional, you can establish a minimum percentage of compatibility from which you receive notifications of candidates interested in the vacancy.
This system avoids long recruitment processes where agencies have to review hundreds of resumes and profiles before finding a candidate who can meet the minimum requirements for the position.
