A recent study carried out by Trabajo En Digital, the exclusive job market for the creative, digital and technological industry, indicates that only in the entities of Mexico City, Jalisco and the State of Mexico, there are more than 60 thousand 700 vacancies available within the three main online work exchanges with presence in our country.

Of these vacancies, more than 37,600 belong to the technological sector, 12,400 to positions of marketing, publicity, public relations and communication, and more than 10,700 to the sector of creativity, design and production.

The candidate fills his profile as in any other platform by placing his experience, skills, aptitudes, maximum degree of studies, city or place of residence, availability to travel or relocate, and desired range of remuneration.

When he finishes recording his data, the platform shows the vacancies ordered of the highest percentage at least compatible with his profile. In addition, the candidate can configure from what percentage notifications are sent to his mail.

On the other hand, companies register their vacancies indicating the requirements of experience, abilities, aptitudes, salary offer, schedule, place of work and others, indicating the levels of priority that each requirement has. The vacancy will be published for 60 days, during which it will order the candidates from the highest to lowest compatibility percentage. The notifications that the company receives will also be based on the percentage of minimum compatibility that the company indicates.
